This is a semi-detached house located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate and only 100 m. from the River Piloña (free fishing). Horses are available for hire. This is a very old stone-built house which retains its original internal wooden structure. The house has a traditional "horreo" (Asturian grain store) and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa Mountains. There is a leisure area with barbecue, tables and benches nearby, for the sole use of the customers.

Ardavín I is a two storey house. On the ground floor is the dining-cum-sitting room with TV and the kitchen with all its kitchenware, as well as washing machine and microwave. On the upper floor are two double rooms and one fully-equipped bathroom. There is also a balcony ("corredor" in Asturias). There are garden chairs and a table outside the house.
