This is a semi-detached house located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate and only 100 m. from the River Piloña (free fishing). Horses are available for hire. This is a very old house made of stone and wood, which retains its traditional style. The house has a traditional "horreo" (Asturian grain store) and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa Mountains. There is a leisure area with barbecue, tables and benches nearby, for the sole use of the customers.

Ardavín II is a two-storey house. On the ground floor, made of stone and wood, you will find the sitting-cum-dining room and a rustic kitchen, which is separated by an American bar and which has all the necessary kitchenware. On the first floor there are two double rooms - one of them with two 1.05 beds - and two fully-equipped bathrooms. Table and garden chairs outside the house.
