La Collada is an old rural house, more than 100 years old, made of stone and wood and fully-renovated in its own rustic style. The building is located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate (where you can hire horses) with a large green area for the sole use of the customers, near a forest with indigenous trees and the River Piloña (free fishing). There is also an "horreo" (Asturian grain store) and a "lavadero" (traditional open air sink). Wonderful views of the Picos de Europa. There is also a leisure area, with barbecue, benches and wooden tables, for the sole use of the customers.

     La Collada farmhouse has two floors. The sitting-dining room, kitchen and a small toilet are on the ground floor. There is a sofa-bed for two people in the sitting-room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both of them with fully-equipped bathroom and balcony. There is an entrance porch and an "escaño" (traditional Asturian bench with folding table)..
